Nectarine Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8.75 oz graham crackers, crushed
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 None orange, zested
    8.75 oz cream cheese, chopped
    4.5 oz mascarpone
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp granulated sugar
    4 None ripe nectarines, pitted, sliced
Preparation
    Lightly grease an 11x5 inch tart pan with removable base.
    In a food processor, process graham crackers to fine crumbs. Add butter and orange zest. Pulse until combined. Press firmly into base of pan then chill for 1 hour, until firm.
    Beat cream cheese, mascarpone, heavy cream and sugar together for 2-3 mins, until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the nectarines. Spread over prepared base, smooth surface and chill for 2 hours, until firm.
    Serve topped with remaining nectarine slices.
