Teriyaki Chicken With Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, thinly sliced
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed, sliced
    1 None small zucchini, cut into 1 1/2-inch batons
    3 oz green beans, trimmed, halved
    1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, plus more to serve
    1 tbsp honey
    3 oz packet 2 minute noodles
    None None Shredded spring onion, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet on high. Stir-fry onion 1-2 mins. Add chicken. Stir-fry 2-3 mins, until browned. Add zucchini and beans. Stir-fry 3-4 mins, until just tender.
    Stir in sauce and honey. Stir-fry 3-5 mins until thickened slightly.
    Meanwhile, cook noodles following package instructions (discarding flavoring packet). Add noodles to stir-fry and toss to combine. Serve topped with onion.
