Tuna With Avocado And Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None tuna steaks (each about 225g)
    4 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1/2 None (500g) pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into cubes
    1 None red onion, peeled and finely chopped
    1 None chilli pepper, halved, deseeded and finely chopped
    1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
    1 None avocado, halved and cut into small cubes
    None None red or green chilli for garnish
    None None roasted lime slices for garnish
    None None coriander leaves for garnish
Preparation
    Drizzle the tuna with 2 tbsp olive oil, the soy sauce and 1 tbsp lime juice and set aside to marinate briefly.
    Meanwhile, to make the salsa, mix the avocado, onion, diced chili pepper, chopped cilantro and pineapple together in a bowl.
    Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and cook over high heat for 2-3 mins on each side. Serve with the salsa. Garnish with the whole chili pepper, lime slices and cilantro leaves.
