Tomato Kasundi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None onion, roughly chopped
4 None tomatoes, roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
4 None small red bird's eye chilies, roughly chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a large saucepan. Stir over medium-high heat, without boiling, until sugar has dissolved. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45 mins, or until slightly thickened.
