1 None baguette or 4 small rolls, split
7 oz brie, sliced
5.25 oz bottled roasted eggplant, drained
3.5 oz bottle sun-dried tomatoes, drained
1 1/4 cups baby arugula
Preparation

Fill baguette or rolls with brie, eggplant, tomatoes and arugula. Wrap with parchment paper and tie with string to enclose filling.
