Grilled Seafood Skewers And Salad With Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5-6 tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
3 tbsp milk
Pinch None sugar
1 None small cabbage, trimmed and sliced
1 None red bell pepper, deseeded and chopped
2 None tomatoes, deseeded and diced
2 None carrots, trimmed and grated
8 None raw king prawns
1 3/4 lbs salmon fillet, cut into cubes
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
None None chopped parsley, to serve
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation

Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, milk and sugar together and season. Stir in the cabbage, pepper, tomatoes and carrots. Set aside.
Thread the salmon and prawns onto wooden skewers. Heat a pan with oil then saute the skewers for 5-6 mins, turning. Drizzle with lemon juice. Divide the skewers and salad between 4 plates then serve garnished with parsley.
