Beef Noodle Salad With Radish, Cucumber And Sesame - cooking recipe

2 (7 oz) sirloin steaks
6 oz dried rice vermicelli, soaked in boiling water for 3 mins, drained, cooled
1 None carrot, halved lengthwise, sliced
1 None red bell pepper, deseeded, cut into thin strips
1 None English cucumber, halved, deseeded, thinly sliced
2 None spring onions, sliced on a bias
4 None radishes, halved, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
None None fresh cilantro leaves, to serve
None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation

Heat a grill or broiler. Lightly coat steaks with oil and grill (or broil) for 2-3 mins per side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Set aside, cover with foil and let rest for 5 mins. Thinly slice.
Toss noodles, carrot, pepper, cucumber, spring onions and radishes with sweet chili sauce. Transfer to shallow serving bowls, top with sliced beef and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve garnished with cilantro leaves and lemon wedges.
