Oysters With Cucumber And Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced
    1 small red pepper, quartered, seeded and finely diced
    1 small shallot, finely diced
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    1 tsp Tabasco sauce
    1/4 cup chopped dill
    1 None lime, juiced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    None None Crushed ice, for serving
    24 None oysters in half-shell
    1 tbsp black or red (salmon roe) caviar
Preparation
    Place the cucumber and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the shallot, vinegar, Tabasco, dill, lime juice and olive oil. Mix well.
    Place the crushed ice on a serving plate or platter and arrange the oysters on top. Place a teaspoonful of cucumber mixture on each oyster and garnish with caviar. Serve.
