Mini Banana Filo Parcels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    2.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    1 pinch chili flakes
    1 tbsp honey
    1 None lime, zested and juiced
    2 None bananas, halved
    3 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
    4 sheets filo dough
    None None lemon balm, to decorate (optional)
Preparation
    Heat cream in small saucepan. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add chili flakes. Let cool, stirring occasionally.
    Meanwhile, mix together honey, lime juice and lime zest. Pour over bananas. Set aside.
    Layer filo dough, brushing each layer with butter. Cut into 4 squares. Distribute marinated banana between squares. Fold up sides to create little pouches then brush with remaining butter and bake for 10 mins.
    Serve banana parcels with chocolate sauce. Decorate with lemon balm, if desired.
