Hamburger With A Twist - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup sour cream
14 oz ground beef
4 oz sausage meat
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and finely chopped
4 None burger buns, halved and toasted
1 cup arugula
1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
Preparation

Blend or process half the gorgonzola cheese with the sour cream until smooth. Stir in remaining cheese.
Combine meats, onion, sauces and tomatoes in medium bowl; shape into 4 patties. Cook in heated oiled large skillet until browned and cooked through.
Sandwich arugula, burgers, gorgonzola cream and artichokes in buns.
