Green Vegetable Curry With Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    8 3/4 oz egg noodles
    3-4 tbsp oil
    1 lb green beans, halved
    1 lb broccoli, broken into florets
    1/2 lb bok choi, leaves cut into wide strips
    3-4 tsp chili paste
    2 tsp green cury paste
    14 oz can coconut milk
    1/4 cup lime juice
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    1 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1-2 tbsp sesame oil
    None None lime, to garnish
Preparation
    Dry-fry the sesame seeds until golden. Set aside. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Heat the oil in a wok, add the beans and broccoli and cook, turning, for 1-2 mins. Add the bok choi and cook 3-4 mins more.
    Stir in the chili paste and curry paste, then add the coconut milk, lime juice and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 mins. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Mix the noodles with the vegetables and heat briefly. Stir in the sesame oil and cilantro and serve garnished with cilantro and lime.
