Chocolate Hazelnut Friands - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/3 cup gluten-free powdered sugar + extra, to dust
    1/4 cup ground hazelnuts
    3 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
    1 cup unsalted butter, melted, cooled
    6 None egg whites, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 9 - 4 oz cake pans. Sift together flour, cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Add ground hazelnuts and chocolate. Make a well in the center. Add butter and egg whites and mix until combined. Distribute between prepared pans and bake for 20 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pans for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
