Lamb Stir Fry With Rice Noodles - cooking recipe

1 tbsp peanut oil
1 lb lamb, sliced into strips
1 None onion, thinly sliced
1 head broccoli, cut into florets, stem thinly sliced
1 inch ginger, peeled, shredded
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp hot chili sauce
1 lb fresh flat rice noodles, cooked, drained
None None Red chili, sliced, to serve
Preparation

Heat oil in large wok on high. Stir fry lamb 2-3 minutes, to brown well. Remove from wok.
Stir-fry onion in same wok 1-2 minutes. Add broccoli and ginger and stir-fry 2 minutes. Return lamb to wok with sauces. Simmer 2 minutes.
Gently arrange noodles in rows on serving platter. Spoon over lamb mixture and top with sliced chili.
