Fruit Salad With Jello Stars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg (1/4 oz each) unflavored gelatin
    4 1/2 cups orange juice
    1 1/2 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp passionfruit pulp
    1/2 large honeydew melon
    1/2 large cantaloupe
    1/4 small seedless watermelon
Preparation
    Line a 16 x 12 inch baking pan with plastic wrap, extending at long sides. Stir gelatin into 1/2 cup boiling water until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Place 4 cups of the juice in a large bowl. Stir in gelatin mixture until well combined. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
    Combine remaining 1/2 cup juice, honey and passionfruit in a small saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for 5 mins or until reduced to a quarter. Transfer to a small bowl; set aside to cool.
    Using a melon baller, scoop honeydew, cantaloupe and watermelon into balls. Combine fruit in a large bowl; gently stir in cooled fruit syrup. Using a 2 inch star cookie cutter, cut out stars from gelatin. Spoon fruit into bowls and top with stars. Serve at once.
