8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
8 tbsp (1 stick) butter
3 None eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 12 x 8-inch baking pan and line bottom and sides with parchment paper.
Combine the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan on low heat. Stir until just melted. Remove from heat.
Lightly beat 2 of the eggs. Quickly stir beaten eggs and 1 cup of the sugar into the warm chocolate mixture. Add sifted flour and stir until mixture is smooth. Spread chocolate mixture into prepared pan.
Beat cream cheese, the remaining egg and 1/4 cup sugar in large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Dollop cream cheese mixture over chocolate mixture in pan. Use a spatula to gently swirl cream cheese through the chocolate.
Bake for 40-45 mins or until mixture is just firm to touch in the center. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares to serve.
