Nectarine And Raspberry Clafoutis - cooking recipe

1 lb nectarines, pitted, cut into wedges
4 1/2 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 None large eggs
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
7 oz raspberries
None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Arrange nectarines in the base of 6 - 6 oz ramekins.
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Mix in almonds and cream until just combined. Pour over nectarines then sprinkle with raspberries. Bake for 40 mins, or until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature, dusted with a powdered sugar.
