Banana-Chocolate Spring Rolls - cooking recipe

3.5 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped
3 None bananas, peeled, roughly chopped
12 None spring roll wrappers
1 tsp cornstarch, mixed with 2 tsp water to make a slurry
None None vegetable oil, to deep-fry
None None powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation

Combine chocolate and banana. Set aside.
To build spring rolls, arrange spring roll wrappers on a clean work surface. Spoon 1 tbsp banana-chocolate filling across center of each wrapper then fold in sides and roll up tightly to enclose. Brush edges with cornstarch slurry then fold over to seal.
Heat oil in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan. Deep-fry spring rolls for 2-3 mins, or until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
