Kiwi, Apple And Ginger Smoothies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None kiwis, peeled and chopped
    2 None Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped
    1/2 None cucumber, peeled and chopped
    1 cup apple juice
    5-6 None mint leaves
    2-3 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
    None None Crushed ice, for serving
Preparation
    Place the kiwis, apples, cucumber, apple juice, mint and ginger in a blender and puree until smooth. Place crushed ice in 4 glasses, pour over the smoothie and mix together. Serve immediately.
