Mediterranean Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None zucchini, sliced
    4 None yellow squash, sliced
    2 None scallions, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp minced fresh oregano
    2 tbsp Tuscan vinaigrette
    1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
Preparation
    In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook zucchini, squash, scallions, garlic and oregano in vinaigrette for 3 mins, or until tender. Season. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with olives.
