Ingredients

1/4 cup granulated sugar
10 stalks lemongrass, sliced
1/4 None pineapple, peeled, cut into thin wedges
1 None mango, cubed
1/4 None pawpaw, peeled, cut into thin wedges
1 tbsp shredded fresh mint leaves
Preparation

Stir sugar, lemongrass and 3/4 cup water over low heat until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 10 mins. Let cool.
Place fruit in a large serving bowl. Toss with mint and syrup.
