Glazed Ginger Fish With Baby Pak Choy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup mirin (sweet rice wine)
    1/4 cup light soy sauce
    1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
    4 (5 oz) fish fillets, such as sea bass
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    2 heads baby bok choy, halved
    None None steamed rice, to serve
Preparation
    Combine mirin, soy sauce and ginger in a small saucepan over high heat. Simmer for 3 mins, or until sauce thickens slightly. Let cool. Place fish in a shallow dish and cover with sauce. Let stand for 5 mins to marinate.
    Preheat broiler. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Brush fish with sesame oil and broil for 5-7 mins, basting with reserved marinade.
    Meanwhile, steam or blanch bok choy for 1 min, or until tender but still crisp. Spoon rice onto serving plates and top with fish and bok choy.
