Spinach And Cheese Stuffed Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5.25 oz ricotta cheese
    3/4 cup ground almonds
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 None egg
    1 3/4 lb salmon fillet, skinless, scored lengthwise down middle of fillet
    3.5 oz baby spinach
    3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Mix ricotta, almonds, garlic, Parmesan cheese and egg and season to taste. Spread 3 tbsp mixture inside salmon then add 1/2 spinach. Repeat then tie salmon together with butcher's twine. Place in a greased baking dish, drizzle with oil, season and bake for 25-30 mins.
