Parmesan And Caraway Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    3 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 None chicken bouillon cube, crushed
    1 tsp caraway seeds
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    2 None eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Sift flour into a bowl. Add 3/4 of the cheese, bouillon cube and 1/2 tsp caraway. Season. Add butter, sour cream, milk and eggs, stirring, until just combined. Distribute between paper liners, sprinkle with remaining cheese, caraway seeds and 1/2 tsp salt. Bake for around 15-20 mins. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
