Citrus Fish With Gai Lan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz firm white fish fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 tsp finely grated lime peel
    2 tsp finely grated lemon peel
    2 tsp sweet chili sauce
    2 tsp fish sauce
    1 tsp finely chopped fresh lemongrass
    1 None fresh kaffir lime leaf, finely shredded
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 None green onion, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp hoisin sauce
    10 oz gai lan, trimmed and finely shredded
    1/2 cup canned sliced bamboo shoots, drained and rinsed
Preparation
    Combine fish, citrus peels, sweet chili and fish sauces, lemongrass and lime leaf in medium bowl.
    Heat half the oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry fish until cooked. Remove from wok.
    Heat remaining oil in wok. Stir-fry onion until soft. Add hoisin sauce, gai lan and bamboo shoots, stir-fry until gai lan wilts. Return fish to wok; stir-fry until heated through. Season to taste.
