Parmesan, Pine Nut And Arugula Tortellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fresh tortellini
    2 cups baby arugula leaves
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup torn basil leaves
    1/2 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
    None None Shaved Parmesan cheese, crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Cook tortellini in a saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions.
    Drain pasta well; return to pan. Add remaining ingredients and toss well; season to taste.
    Top with shaved Parmesan cheese and serve with crusty bread.
