Shrimp Cocktails With Melon And Avocado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small lettuce leaves
    1/2 None cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and sliced
    1 None avocado, pitted, peeled and thinly sliced
    24 None medium cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    None None FOR THE DRESSING
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp tomato sauce
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 None Thai red chili peppers, finely chopped
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    Few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Arrange lettuce leaves on 8 serving dishes. Top evenly with cantaloupe, avocado and shrimp.
    For the dressing, whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season to taste. Drizzle dressing over salad.
