Fried Chorizo With Garlic - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 links chorizo, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation

Cook chorizo in a large frying pan, stirring, until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Discard fat from pan.
Add oil to pan. Cook chorizo, garlic and parsley until heated through. Serve on skewers.
