Coconut Truffle Snowmen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp Malibu rum
    1 cup shredded coconut
    3 None unsalted pistachios, halved
    9 None dried cranberries
Preparation
    Stir chocolate, cream and rum in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Transfer mixture to a small bowl and chill for 3 hours.
    Roll into 6 small, 6 medium and 6 large balls (18 truffles total). Place on tray and chill until firm.
    Roll truffles in coconut then use assemble 6 snowmen. Decorate with pistachios for noses and cranberries for eyes.
