Naan Breads - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp black peppercorns, lightly crushed
1 lb pizza dough
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Knead in the coconut, cilantro and peppercorns into the pizza dough. Divide into 8 pieces. Knead each piece well; shape into a neat ball.
Roll out each ball to a 4-inch round. Place, well-spaced apart, on 2 lightly greased baking sheets. Cover loosely with greased plastic wrap and let stand 15 mins to rise.
Bake for 20-25 mins until golden and cooked. Serve warm or at room temperature.
