Shrimp Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 g tomato ketchup
100 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp brandy
100 ml whipping cream, whipped
1/2 None cucumber, deseeded and finely diced
1/2 None lettuce, few leaves set aside for garnish, remainder cut into strips
190 g jar asparagus, drained and finely chopped
250 g cooked, peeled prawns, plus 8 tail-on prawns for garnish
None None Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise and brandy. Fold in the cream and season with salt and white pepper. Mix in the cucumber, lettuce, asparagus and prawns. Spoon into 4 cocktail glasses and garnish with tail-on shrimp and lettuce and basil leaves.
