Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 dozen large eggs, at room temperature
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp prepared horseradish
2 tbsp fresh chopped chives
1/4 cup fresh radish sprouts, to garnish
Preparation

To hard boil the eggs, place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Once the water reaches a boil, remove from heat. Let eggs sit in hot water for 12 mins, drain then run under cold water until cool. Peel then halve.
Transfer egg yolks to a small bowl. Mash with a fork then add white vinegar, mayonnaise, celery salt, mustard powder, horseradish and chives. Season. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Garnish with radish sprouts.
