Grilled Tuna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
4 None tomatoes, seeded and chopped coarsely
1/2 None red onion, thinly sliced
4 None tuna steaks
2 oz baby arugula leaves
Preparation

Combine the juice, oil and mustard in a medium bowl. Add tomato and onion; toss to coat.
Heat a grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Spray tuna with no stick cooking spray. Season. Cook 2-3 mins per side or until just cooked.
Gently toss the arugula with the tomato mixture; serve with the tuna.
