Garlic And Chili Mussels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 None red chili pepper, finely chopped
    1/3 cup dry white wine
    2 lbs mussels
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, plus additional leaves, for garnish
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook garlic and chili pepper, stirring, until fragrant. Add wine; bring to a boil.
    Add mussels; cover with a tight-fitting lid. Cook for 5 mins, shaking pan occasionally, until mussels open (discard any that do not open). Stir in parsley; season to taste. Garnish with parsley leaves.
