Chicken Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
2 tbsp finely chopped pecans
4 None green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/2 None celery stalk, trimmed and finely chopped
6 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup arugula
Preparation

Combine chicken, pecans, green onions, mayonnaise and celery in large bowl. Season.
Divide chicken mixture among 3 slices bread; top with rocket. Top with remaining 3 slices bread.
