Smoked Trout, Cucumber And Watercress Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp sour cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
None None Salad
1 lb whole smoked trout, skin removed, de-boned, flaked
3 None Persian cucumbers, seeded, thinly sliced
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
1 bunch watercress, picked
1 bunch fresh chives, snipped
Preparation

To make the dressing, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sour cream and mustard. Season. Set aside.
Combine trout, cucumbers, 2 tbsp dill, radishes, watercress, chives and dressing. Toss to combine.
Serve salad topped with extra dill.
