Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 oz sweetened coconut
    1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 None egg white
    1 tsp almond extract
    1/4 tsp salt
    6 oz bittersweet chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    In a large bowl, combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk, egg white, almond extract and salt. Using wet hands, roll into 2 tablespoonful balls and place 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. Form balls into pyramid shapes. Bake for 15 mins, until golden brown. Let cool completely on wire racks.
    Place melted chocolate in small bowl. Dip bottom of each cookie into chocolate so that it covers 1/2 inch of the sides. Place back on parchment-lined baking sheets until set, about 30 mins.
