Mixed Mushroom And Mozzarella Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp oil
    2 None red onions, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 loaf soft Italian bread, halved lenthwise
    6 None slices prosciutto, chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb mushrooms, sliced
    2 None garlic cloves, finely chopped
    5 1/4 oz mozzarella, thinly sliced
    3 cups arugula
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line an baking sheet with foil. Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Saute onion for 8-10 mins, until soft. Stir in sugar and vinegar. Cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized (about 10 mins). Season to taste.
    Place bread halves on a prepared baking sheet (cut-side up). Spread evenly with caramelized onion and prosciutto slices.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on high. Saute mushrooms and garlic for 4-5 mins, until soft. Spoon mushrooms over onions and prosciutto; top with mozzarella. Bake for 5-10 mins, until cheese melts and bread is crisp. Serve topped with arugula.
