Tortilla Salad Wraps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None flour tortillas
7 oz hummus
3.5 oz baby spinach
1 None carrot, peeled and grated
1/2 None red pepper, deseeded, cut into thin strips
2 None tomatoes, diced
2 oz ricotta cheese
2 stalks celery, cut into 4 inch pieces
None None raisins (optional)
Preparation

Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Spread with hummus then top with spinach, carrot, pepper and tomatoes. Roll up as tightly as possible and wrap in plastic wrap.
Spread ricotta down the center of each piece of celery. Top with raisins, if desired. Pack wraps and celery sticks into lunch boxes.
