Pear, Prosciutto And Apple Pizzettas - cooking recipe

4 None small individual pizza bases
1 tbsp olive oil
1 None large pear, cored, thinly sliced
4 oz mini mozzarella balls, halved
4 slices prosciutto
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
None None baby arugula, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place pizza bases on prepared tray and brush with oil. Top with pear slices and brush with more oil. Sprinkle cheese and prosciutto over pears and bake for 10-15 mins, or until golden brown and crisp.
Meanwhile, combine apple juice and vinegar in a small frying pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 5-6 mins, until syrupy. Let cool.
Top pizzas with arugula and drizzle with syrup.
