Pita Bread With Steak And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 oz lean sirloin steak
    1 tsp sunflower oil
    1 large pita bread
    2 small tomatoes, chopped
    2 tsp sun-dried tomato paste
    5 None mushrooms
    3 1/2 oz broccoli florets
    1/4 None yellow pepper, de-seeded and cut into chunks
    3/4 cup mozzarella, diced
    None None cilantro leaves, to garnish
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the steak for 2 minutes.
    Place the pita bread on a baking sheet. Mix the tomatoes with the tomato paste and spread over the pita bread. Pile the meat, mushrooms, broccoli, pepper and mozzarella on top and bake for 8-10 minutes until hot through. Serve sprinkled with cilantro leaves.
