Summer Mixed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp sugar
    5 tbsp olive oil
    1 None small iceberg lettuce, sliced
    7 oz canned baby corn, drained
    4 None hardboiled eggs, shelled and cut into wedges
    1/2 bunch spring onions, sliced
    1/2 None small red onion, thinly sliced
    5 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    4 oz Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    None None basil leaves,to garnish
Preparation
    To make the dressing, put the vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and oil in a bowl with a little seasoning and mix together.
    Scatter the lettuce in a salad bowl and arrange the corn, eggs, spring onions, red onion, tomatoes and mozzarella on top. Add the dressing and mix gently to combine. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
