Avocado Bacon And Egg Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon
    8 None eggs
    2 None ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp honey mustard
    8 slices bread
Preparation
    Put the bacon in a cold frying pan and fry it over a medium heat until crisp. To hard boil the eggs, place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Once the water reaches a boil, remove from the heat. Let eggs sit in hot water for 12 minutes, drain, then run under cold water. Mix the avocado with the lemon juice and season to taste.
    Peel the eggs and chop them coarsely. Season the eggs to taste and mix them with the honey mustard.
    Spread 4 slices of bread with the avocado mixture. Put 3 slices of bacon on top of each, followed by the egg mixture and the remaining slices of bread.
