Chocolate Orange Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz chocolate wafer cookies
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted
    2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, at room temperature
    3 None eggs, at room temperature
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
    8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted, cooled
    1 1/4 cups sour cream, at room temperature
    1/2 cup orange marmalade
    1 None orange, peel finely grated
Preparation
    Preheat the oven 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9 inch springform pan. Process cookies in a food processor until finely crushed. Add butter; process until combined. Press crumb mixture into bottom and 1 inch up sides of prepared pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm.
    Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cocoa powder in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add chocolate and sour cream; beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake for 50 mins or until just set (mixture should still wobble). Turn off oven. Cool cheesecake in oven with door ajar. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
    Warm marmalade in a saucepan on low heat. Brush on cheesecake. Garnish with orange peel.
