Chocolate Walnut Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None large eggs, separated
    1/2 cup sugar
    1.5 oz pitted prunes, finely chopped
    4.5 oz walnuts, finely chopped
    3.5 oz 70% dark chocolate, grated
    1 None orange, finely grated zest
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F. Line a 12-hole muffin pan with paper liners or squares of parchment paper.
    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
    In another bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar together. Stir in prunes, walnuts, chocolate and orange zest. Lightly fold in the egg white.
    Spoon the mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 mins on until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
    Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
