Oven-Baked Calamari - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb squid rings
    2 None egg whites
    3/4 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup tartar sauce
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Grease and line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
    Dip squid in egg white. Roll the outside of the rings in breadcrumbs; avoid coating the middle of ring. Place rings on prepared pans in a single layer
    Bake for 5 mins, or until squid is tender. Serve with tartar sauce.
