Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    750 g lamb, cut into cubes
    3 None medium onions, peeled and chopped finely
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
    1 None red chilli pepper, seeded and cut into small rings
    3 tbsp oil
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tbsp flour
    1 can (850ml) chopped tomatoes
    1 can (450g) red kidney beans, drained
    1 can (425ml) sweetcorn, drained
    None None basil for garnish
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan and saute onions and garlic. Remove from pan, add lamb and saute over high heat. Return onions and garlic to pan, add chili pepper, flour and paprika and season to taste. Add 1 cup water and tomatoes and simmer for 30 mins. Add kidney beans and sweet corn and heat briefly. Season to taste. Serve sprinkled with chopped basil.
