1/2 lb strawberries, hulled, halved
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 None oranges, segmented
2 oz honeycomb chocolate bar, chopped
10 sheets filo dough
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a baking tray.
In a small saucepan, combine strawberries and maple syrup. Simmer for 2-3 mins. Drain, reserving juice. Allow strawberries to cool then mix with orange segments.
Working in 2 batches, layer 5 sheets of filo dough together, lightly coating each with oil. Halve. Place 1/4 of the fruit mixture in the center of each stack. Sprinkle with chocolate bar. Gather up edges of pastry, scrunching together to enclose. Lightly coat with oil. Arrange on prepared tray and bake for 20-25 mins, until golden. Drizzle with reserved strawberry syrup.
