Bacon Burger With Herb Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    2 tbsp horseradish sauce
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp oil
    4 slices bacon, halved
    4 None burger buns, halved, toasted
    4 leaves lettuce
    4 slices beet
    None None FOR THE HERB MAYONNAISE
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup light sour cream
    1 None spring onion, sliced
    1 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
    1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
    1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine ground beef, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 4 burgers and chill until required.
    To make the herb mayonnaise, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste and chill until required.
    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook bacon for 2-3 mins, turning, until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and keep warm. Add burgers and cook for 3-4 mins per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
    Spread each toasted bun with herb mayonnaise. Sandwich together with lettuce, patties, beet and bacon.
