Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies - cooking recipe

5 oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
14 tbsp (1 3/4 sticks) butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 None eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup mini marshmallows or larger ones, halved
None None Powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine the chocolate and butter in a microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on high (100%) 1 1/2 mins until melted and smooth. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Cool for 15 mins.
Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Fold in the flour and three-quarters of the marshmallows. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows.
Bake for 20-25 mins until a skewer inserted into center is still slightly damp.
Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
