Grissini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 pkg (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
    None None Pinch of sugar
    1 tbsp olive oil
    None None Sea salt flakes, to sprinkle
Preparation
    Sift flour with 1 tsp into a bowl. Stir in yeast and sugar. Make a well in center and pour in 1/2 cup lukewarm water and oil. Stir, gradually incorporating flour into liquid, until a dough forms. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to grease all over. Cover and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line two baking pans with parchment paper.
    Punch down dough. Cover and set aside for 30 mins, until doubled again.
    Break off teaspoon-size pieces of dough, keeping remaining dough covered. Roll each piece into a long, thin log about 10 inches long. Arrange on prepared pans. Lightly spray with water and sprinkle with sea salt.
    Bake for 10 mins. Gently shake trays to roll grissini over and bake for another 10 mins, until pale golden and crisp. Cool and serve or store in airtight container.
